Overseeing this outfit Lol is Maria P as we affectionately call her is built for, She has been with R&R Entertainment PLLC for well over a decade. What makes her so special to the team is her ability to multitask and keep an INSANE ENVIRONMENT SANE, says Robert Ross, Chairman and CEO of R&R Entertainment. In 2003 on the formation of Mission Control Recording, Maria P was appointed General Manager. It felt right, knowing she brings the “work ethic and the R&R way” to the brand.

Maria P says, “Within an environment that changes by the minute, I strive to ensure that our team along with all our vendors are in tandem with the artist and the artist are also in tuned to be able to fast track the mission and goals of everyone involved.” Since our inception in 1995, the Mission statement of R&R has been “Creating the vision of a future artist” and that’s what we aim to live by.
